Q: How will I know my scheduled pick-up and delivery days?
A: Our Route Service Manager will visit your location twice weekly. The Route Manager will notify you as to whether your route days will be on Monday & Thursday, or Tuesday & Friday. If continuous route service is unnecessary, just give us a call and the driver will be by to pick up your clothes when necessary.

Q: Do I have to tip your delivery driver?
A: No. Our drivers do not accept tips or gratuities.

Q: Do I have to be there when the order is picked-up and delivered?
A: Absolutely not! In fact most of our customers are not home. Just designate an area with your Route Service Manager and they'll take care of everything.
